Ambulatory care unit staff and service are excellent. This is an example of what works well in my opinion.
Todd did a brilliant and thorough job in making sure my daughter was getting the best care
Appointment time was kept to. Physio very friendly and reassuring at the same time remaining professional and giving confidence.
Sat in the waiting room 6 months pregnant with sickle cell crisis 10/10 pain and asked for pain relief 5 times no one gave me any pain relief. Awful care unacceptable and discriminatory
Every where I went the nurses midwife doctors and other staff were all excellent and in deed an asset to you hospital. They were extremely busy and we're at capacity but you would never how know as they didnt show. Also with an emergency of a fire alarm all the staff did great and kept everyone calm
I was seen in a timely manner, treated with care and attention from start to finish.
When arrived to a&e, the check in time was exceptionally long, before seeing triage. There was a leak of water on the floor right in the middle of the waiting room, when I raised this with a member of staff, only response given was ‘we’ve reported it they will sort it’ and the wet floor was left as it was with no signage warning wet floor.
Received prompt medical intervention
Good service
Well sign posted. Friendly staff
